Any consultation can be requested to be in person at designated public setting, you can request this through call or text. You have the option to have all forms be printed instead of administered electronically. How your information will be used

The information collected is used to better provide services, to contact you the user (per the users request), send promotional, reminder, and marketing emails, to send text reminders (if you choose to provide your phone number, as it again is not a requirement to access the Site and you can "OPT OUT" of text reminders at any time by replying "STOP"), and to complete any necessary service agreements and invoices (paper or electronic) using the information provided by the user on the Site. We keep your information stored only as long as necessary to provide you with proper services, or until requested to be deleted.

Data Sharing

The Site shares user data with Google through the use of Third Party Services including Google Forms and Google Sites. We also share data with third party services such as Square, Cash App, and After Pay if you choose one of these services as your form of payment. If you do not wish to have your data shared please do not access the Site. If you do not wish to have your information shared with third party financial service provider choose to pay for services using CASH. ONLY UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE ACCEPT CHECKS.
